I spent over five years at Curated building and scaling their sales process from the ground up. I tripled conversion rates, built AI driven prospecting tools, and partnered with engineers to launch systems that streamlined how their entire sales team operated. Curated was acquired in 2024.
Since then I've done full cycle sales at Heli, held a VP of Partnerships role at Rendezvu, run my own independent sales operation, managed complex business and estate operations across multiple entities, and liquidated two companies. I've worked with CPAs on tax strategy, built financial models, and managed rental properties.
I started kickturn because I kept seeing the same thing: smart, capable business owners leaving money on the table, losing time to broken processes, and missing opportunities because nobody had ever helped them build the right foundation.
I'm not a typical consultant. I've operated businesses, built sales teams, implemented AI tools, and done the unglamorous work of figuring out what's actually broken and fixing it. When I work with you it's hands on, practical, and focused on results that actually show up in your business.

I've skied at least 100 days a year every year since graduating college. I ride dirtbikes, wrench on my old F250, and spend a lot of weekends in the summer hauling my truck camper to places with no cell service. You'll find me at Cats games in the fall, hosting BBQs in the backyard, and generally trying to squeeze everything Montana has to offer out of every week.
I know what it's like to be genuinely busy, juggling a lot of moving parts, and still trying to show up at a high level in everything you do.

A kickturn is a technical move in backcountry skiing. When the slope gets too steep to keep going straight, you stop, execute a precise pivot, and continue climbing in a new direction. It's not a retreat. It's a deliberate, skilled move that keeps you moving forward when the normal approach stops working.
